The Inner Work
Let’s talk about a buzzword these days: the inner work. What really is the inner work, and how do I do it? How do I know when I’m done?
Well, it may either come as comfort or disappointment to you to hear, but the inner work is never really done. We are constantly evolving, learning, growing, and changing. You may have learned something about yourself and think you will never repeat that pattern again, but then find yourself doing that exact thing you said you wouldn’t do.
What if I told you that the secret to going further in life is actually to go under the hood and do the inner work? We can only go as far as our mind thinks is possible and our body thinks is safe, and the inner work transforms both of these things.
Doing the inner work means bringing to light and healing those patterns, whether it’s a mental belief that we have adopted, an emotional pattern or wound that we have, or an unconscious setpoint that we have set for ourselves. Really taking the time to bring to light those blocks and healing them at the root, because when we transform them at the root we are no longer clouded by those limiting patterns. It then feels safe and possible to expand into living our dreams and going to the next level
So I encourage you, if you really want to live the life of your dreams and a life of true inner and outer fulfillment, to invest the time and space to do the inner work. It’s the best gift you can give yourself and it holds the key to everything you are looking for.
